Complimentary wine tasting on Thursdays was a nice touch. The rooms were quite small and could use some updates. Fast check-in process. Just watch out for noise from adjacent rooms.

The location is perfect for exploring, close to major attractions. The room was quite small and lacked a fridge, which was inconvenient. Enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting on Thursdays. Staff was friendly but the check-in process felt a bit chaotic at times.

The bed was so cozy that I didn’t want to get up! The complimentary espresso in the coffee room was a delightful perk. With friendly staff and spacious rooms, I felt right at home!
Can recommend! 🥰👍

The bed was comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep. the room itself felt outdated and wasn't as clean as expected. The carpet had lingering odors, and I found hair on the towels. Temperature control was functional, which was a plus, but the noise from the street was bothersome at night. Limited storage made unpacking difficult, as there was no fridge or practical wardrobe. Despite helpful staff in some areas, the overall cleanliness and state of the room left much to be desired. I had hoped for better accommodations based on the price paid.

The Central Loop Hotel boasts an exceptional location, making it easy to visit key attractions like the Art Institute and Navy Pier. The staff is friendly, and the attached Elephant & Castle pub serves a delicious breakfast, included in your room rate, enhancing the overall experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as it was just a short walk to so many iconic attractions, with the Willis Tower and the Rookery Building being less than a 5-minute stroll, while Millennium Park and Grant Park were only about 15 minutes away, making it super easy for my weekend adventures; the hotel itself offered great amenities with a cozy room and a coffee pod machine, yet I did find my small queen room to be a tad cramped, so I'd recommend opting for a standard queen instead.

The hotel is just a short 3-minute walk from the Monroe stop on the Blue line, making it super easy to get around the city, especially as a first-time visitor, while being conveniently close to fantastic restaurants, parks, and iconic attractions like Willis Tower and the Chicago Riverwalk. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, and I appreciated the modern amenities in the room, including a coffee machine and a shared water cooler! the room size was a bit cramped, which could be improved for greater comfort.

Location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway. Rooms felt a bit cramped and housekeeping could improve.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help us with questions. The room had a small kitchen area with a microwave and mini fridge, which made things easy for us as we moved our son into college.
It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but the added comforts made it worthwhile.

The hotel's location was super convenient for hitting up the Cadillac Palace Theater for a night of epic shows and then roaming around the Chicago Theatre for some live music. Plus, being close to Cloud Gate for winter ice skating just put the cherry on top of our urban adventure cake!
More late-night food options nearby would've made the fun-filled nights even better! .

Watching Aretha Franklin perform on stage was more exciting than finding fast food stalls at the marketplace. Macy's made me feel like a fashion model. The private meeting rooms at the hotel made me feel like a CEO.

The location is spot on, making it easy to explore. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the empty water bottles for filling up on the go are a brilliant touch.
My room was tiny and lacked a view.

I was really disappointed with the room—smelled terrible, the dirty carpet was a huge turn-off, and the uncomfortable sofa had crumbs everywhere. It felt more like a rundown locker room than a hotel. Definitely not worth the price.

Great location for exploring downtown, with easy and early check-in. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for my business trip needs. High-speed internet was a plus, ensuring work efficiency.
Lack of soundproofing was a setback; noisy neighbors disrupted my sleep.

The view from my 10th-floor room was stunning; a highlight of my stay during Lollapalooza. The location is ideal, with easy access to dining, attractions, and transport. Friendly staff offered assistance when I needed it. The complimentary amenities, like water and coffee, were appreciated. the experience had its challenges. Some front desk interactions were frustrating and inconsistent compared to last year. Room cleanliness left much to be desired; Facilities didn’t match descriptions, and housekeeping was lacking. For rates over $200 a night, expectations for hygiene and service must be met. Consider improvements for a more seamless experience in the future.

Great location and friendly staff made for a decent experience, but that's where the positives ended. The bed felt smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was loud enough to keep me awake. Water on each floor was nice, albeit not the freshest. Service left a lot to be desired—requests for fresh towels were met with indifference, and the room wasn't properly cleaned. The awkward check-in rushed us through necessary information, and there were unexpected obstacles like poor coffee facilities. I left wanting more from a place that had so much potential.

Had a great time during Easter weekend. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering helpful tips and making us feel welcome. Loved the free filtered water and the convenient kitchenette facilities. Great location within walking distance to attractions.
Room was a bit cramped for us, and the temperature was a bit tricky to regulate. Overall, a minor inconvenience, but it didn't dampen our enjoyable stay.

Immersed in Chicago's vibrant culture, we explored the Cadillac Palace Theater, enjoying top, notch productions like Aladdin, and indulged in the world. The hotel's central location made our urban adventure effortless and exhilarating for all.
My wife says that more family, friendly entertainment options, like a kid's play area, would enhance the experience.

During our recent stay at Central Loop, we found the location to be absolutely fantastic. Being able to hop off the L train from O'Hare and easily reach the hotel was a major convenience. The front desk staff, especially Adrian, were cheery and super helpful, just like I remembered from past visits. The Loop area is just wonderful for exploring the city. Now, let's get into some details about the room. The bathroom situation was a bit odd, with a see-through door right beside the bed. It felt a tad uncomfortable, to be honest. The room temperature seemed to have a mind of its own, no matter how much we tinkered with the thermostat. Adding to the issues, the window had this strange film over it, making it hard to enjoy the view from the 5th floor. the saving grace was definitely the excellent restaurant on-site. The food was delicious, and we appreciated the affordable parking in the nearby garage that was easy to use with the provided QR code. The rooms were clean overall, and the TV allowed casting from our phones, which was a nice modern touch. Unfortunately, there were a few hiccups during our stay. The outdated room decor and bathrooms left a bit to be desired. The self-locking doors were a neat feature but were too loud, easily disrupting sleep. the room I was assigned, 520, was right beside a noisy generator that ran constantly, forcing me to use earplugs to catch some shut-eye.

The location of Central Loop Hotel allowed me to fulfill my dream of visiting Cloud Gate. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a super comfortable stay. The Dearborn tavern's ambiance created happy thoughts and added to the overall experience.

The Central Loop Hotel was in a fantastic location and the staff, especially Billy at the front desk, were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the convenience of having a British pub right in the building that stayed open late, providing delicious food and drinks. The common area in the basement was comfortable, and the hotel was also accommodating to marathon runners. The flexibility shown by the staff when we needed a late check-out was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service.
One small improvement would be to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room, especially for holiday stays when finding food options can be challenging. Additionally, there could be more trash can space in the room.

Immaculately clean rooms with comfortable beds, multiple plugs and USB ports, and a great location within walking distance of popular attractions. The hotel provides a sense of security and offers complimentary wine during happy hour. We will consider staying here again. Overall I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

stayed at central loop, very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from train stations. decent size room with large double bed and nice views of the buildings. fully equipped shower room with good pressure and hot water. complimentary fruit in the morning and wine and cheese in the evening. prompt and helpful staff, printed out a document for me. comfortable lounge area near reception and a competent gym. nice little traffic noise for a central location.
Everything was fantastic 😊

the place was spotless, and it's super close to everything – perfect spot for a weekend trip. the staff were all so kind, and the door staff even leave water bottles out for guests – such a cool touch.
